How can I get an invoice for my purchase?

To generate and send the invoice from your most recent payment:

  1. Select the Profile icon in the bottom left corner.
  2. Select Account Settings.
  3. Select Manage Subscription.
  4. Select Email my last invoice.
  5. In the text box on the next menu, enter any additional details you need on the invoice (e.g. VAT ID, business addresses)
  6. When finished, select Email invoice to generate and send the invoice to your account email address.

For invoices prior to your most recent payment, please email help@standardnotes.com from your account email, and include any additional information you'd like added to the invoice under 'Additional Information.'
