If you lose your 2FA device, and don't have your secret key backed up, send an email to [email protected] from your account email requesting to disable two-factor authentication on your account.
If you do have your secret key saved, simply import that key into your authenticator app (like Google Authenticator or Standard Notes Authenticator). If your authenticator app only supports importing keys via QR codes, generate a QR code using any online tool, using the secret key as the input to the generator.
